Remember:

While I am on a field trip for the next two days, it is imperative that my students remember to check the website and do their work.  

Any classwork, journals, homework, or projects that are assigned while I am out will be due on their due dates - end of story.  You will not get makeup days to do work that you just "decided not to do" while I was out.
