News for the Day:

Happy Wednesday!  We are half-way through the week Titans...
Due to all the events of the last two days, there are quite a few announcements.

1. Borrowing Monday for lunch -

The "cash" lunch account in the front office is broke due to the fact that students are taking money and not paying it back.  If most of these were hardship cases it would be different.  However, in looking over the list the majority of money due back is just laziness!!  

$72.50 is owed to the office lunch account.  This money originated from people in the office donating their own money to help students until they could PAY IT BACK!  If you owe money come to the office now and take care of your debt.

2. Social Media -

Please ask students to follow @Niaconley  and retweet the following hashtag

#Lecrae4Eleck.  Students are starting a campaign to try and get this singer to perform a benefit concert in his name. 

3. Students taking the SAT this Saturday -

The SAT will be given at MHS on November 8. The late registration deadline is October 28 if you haven't signed up and want to take it. Students must register themselves at www.collegeboard.org 

You MUST have the following items in order to be admitted for the test:

  A) Admission Ticket printed from the collegeboard website with your picture on it.

  B) Your photo id - this can be your permit, license, pass port or student ID - Student ID's are made here at the school. If you need an ID made, you need to see Mrs. Kirk in the Main Counseling Office. The cost for an ID is $1. 

* YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED IN TO THE TEST SITE WITHOUT THESE 2 DOCUMENTS - NO MATTER HOW WELL ANYONE KNOWs YOU.  THIS IS A COLLEGEBOARD REQUIREMENT.

  C) You should also bring a calculator and 2 #2 pencils. Cell phones are not allowed and should not be brought into the testing center. SAT is given up stairs and all students will enter through the double doors at the auditorium.
